MPHE is the Minnesota (and North Dakota) Chapter of the Palomino Horse Breeders Association.
To attend our shows and earn points for your Palomino horse, you need to be a member of PHBA.
However, you do not need to be a member to watch our shows or to own and enjoy the Palomino Horse: Everyone is welcome. Our shows are
held in Windom, MN at the Cottonwood County Arena. See ya there!
